Refund Policy

If NotchTime doesn't fit how you work, email within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email support@notchtime.app from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- The refund is issued through Dodo Payments, which processed your purchase, to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- Refunding disables the license key. At its next license check (within a week) NotchTime locks: nudges, the notch glance, the analysis window, goals and blocking stop. Your recorded history stays on your Mac until you delete it (see how) or remove the app.
After 14 days
Purchases are final after 14 days, but if something's wrong, write anyway; we'd rather fix it. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
